Love the depth of th Avast package, finally loaded it onto my phone, makes it and my computers safe.
It's easy to use, I'd definitely recommend it

I downloaded what all the info online said was a FREE security program, but it was nothing but a come-on and scam in my opinion. After the program "scanned" everything, it said, which program to you want to pay for to clean up your computer?? that is NOT FREE!! that is a LIE.

Internet!!!!!

So far so good on protecting my computer from hackers, I've had for about 3 years now. Continue with the good work you do.

Poor VPN, NO customer service, NO answers when facing a problem, average or superflous products, problems with other VPNs when using Avast, pushing "buy, buy,buy" politics... DON'T buy their products, it's not worth it AND you will NEVER get a service or an answer if you are facing a problem. They cosider their clients without any respect and just as cash sources.

I was told that I have premium, but you guys keep asking me if I would like to upgrade to premium. I honestly don't know what I have.

this b**** is f****** annoying everytime i try to download a game or some s*** like that it gives me 100+ pop ups thats says this is not safe. b***** i dont care if its safe or not i just want to play call of duty and then it deletes the f****** app bro i took 3 hours to download that go f*** your self!!!!!!!!

I am currently trying to cancel my subscription with AVAST through their own recomended way of performing this task, but every time I try to login to my AVAST account I get the message !an account with this email does not exist yet even though I clicked onto this page directly from the email they (AVAST) themselves sent to inform me that I am renewing my subscription, they promise a 30 day moneyback policy for cancellations within this 30 day time but I cannot log into their system to make this cancellation.

Keeps taking money out of my account. Without authorization. Happened on 12/25, $82.94, 12/26, $70.18. And now your asking me to sign up for a free trial. I'd like to cancel my account and get my money returned. Please respond!!!

A threat is flaged, then I'm channeled to a veiled solution portal.

The solution requires payment method details for an exorbitant amount for a service I did not ask for.

Direct marketing tactic in bad taste.

I compared this with similar service providers, the technique is the same and there is little price difference.

I wonder what an investigation into these practice would reveal?

The trick is; plant the threat, alert the owner then offer and charge for removal of the threat.

If you want to cancel you are FORCED to chat to a representative and they will scaremonger and offer cheaper deals. It took me half an hour of listening to this until they finally processed my refund

After unsubscribing and spending nearly 2 hours on the phone with the customer service representative who didn't want to understand that I didn't need their service anymore, I've been charged again for a service that I do not need. Looks more like a scam than a good service.

sh!t. everything an antivirus shouldnt do, and it probably still sells your data as evidenced by the slow uninstall time used to upload your data technique evidenced three years ago. them "no longer selling your data" is a lie since they have engaged in criminal activity before. this will surface again. slows unzip and file explorer to unbearably slow levels. bloatware.
